Most hypnotherapy practices sell multi-session packages upfront. Robyn does not. Her belief is that if the work is doing what it should, you will want to come back. That model only works if each session genuinely moves you forward.

Most clients working toward a specific goal complete 3 to 5 sessions. Some goals resolve in fewer. Robyn will give you an honest assessment during your first session of what a realistic path looks like for your situation.

There is no intake fee, no consultation charge, and no upsell. You book a session. You show up. You do the work.

Robyn does not accept insurance of any kind. Surprise Hypnotherapy is a private-pay practice. All sessions are $150, due prior to your appointment. Insurance reimbursement is not available through this office. Some clients apply HSA or FSA funds toward the cost of sessions, though you should verify eligibility with your plan administrator before scheduling.
Most clients working toward a specific goal see meaningful progress in 3 to 5 sessions. The number depends on your goal, how deeply rooted the pattern is, and how you respond to the process. Robyn will discuss this openly with you during your first session. No minimum commitment is required.
No. There is no separate consultation or intake fee. Your first session is a full working session at the standard $150 rate. Robyn takes time at the start to understand your goal, and the session proceeds from there.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee.
